Katharina Gerhardt founded The Human Spark to combine two perspectives that are too often treated separately: what organisations need to achieve and what enables people to move with them. As a change consultant, she brings international business experience and specialist expertise in leadership, organisational transformation, positive psychology and emotional intelligence. She works alongside a trusted network of partners across Europe, Asia and North America.
